fresh fruitkind gesture
The staff provided tea and treats upon my arrival. It was a kind gesture. My room, a Standard Double Room, was spacious and clean. I found bathrobes and fresh fruit in the room. Breakfast included breads, yogurt, fruit and eggs.
The Wi-Fi was a true catastrophe. It did not work.

poor wi-fiearly morning noise
The Wi-Fi was a joke. It barely worked. I also found the early morning noise on the ground floor unbearable. They need better soundproofing or something.

the staff welcomed us warmly and promptly handled our luggage i felt secure with taxis readily available and arranged by the staff a peaceful haven existed away from the city bustle the breakfast staff were lovely ensuring efficient service
the gym equipment was a bit outdated

my superior double room included two bottles of complimentary water replenished daily a large mirror sat above the desk the air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a comfortable temperature the linens felt very soft
